Fictional character created by Richard Burman. An antagonist to Alban's later incarnations, he appears (unnamed) in Under Hill, Under Star and in The Harvest of the Corn, in which he is based in Las Vegas in the early 21st century and associating on a business footing with The Lord and Cousin Celephais (although their are questions as to whether he might be linked to Faction Paradox himself). Distinguished by his golden eyes.
