The Nth Season was a series of linked Doctor Who stories by DJ Tyrer featuring Gypsophelium Arkwright ('Gypsy'). Inspired by what little is known of the final, never-filmed Seventh Doctor season of the television programme (which would have been broadcast in 1990, had the show not been put on indefinite hiatus at the end of the previous year's series), it represented a possible interpretation of that season. The initial instalment was published in the last Monomyth before the magazine's own long hiatus, the remainder running through the first year following the relaunch. It consisted of five standalone stories:
