The Twelfth Sathlatta (Memories of Mnar) is the twelfth instalment in the Xothic Sathlattae series and was published in December 2019, after a two year hiatus for the series. It consists of four poems by DJ Tyrer. The cover art is by Christopher Catt James.

- The title refers to the fact that all four poems are set within (or below) Lovecraft's primordial land of Mnar.
- The cover art was the inspiration for the poem Within A Temple.
